Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager (IT Sales) to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and managing client relationships in the IT infrastructure domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities in IT infrastructure sales (Laptops, Desktops, Servers, Networking, CCTV, Fire Alarm Systems, etc.)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Identify customer needs and propose suitable IT solutions
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Coordinate with internal technical and support teams for solution delivery
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT sales / IT infrastructure sales
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales and B2B selling
- Good network of corporate clients in Bangalore is preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in selling IT hardware and solutions (EUC, servers, networking, security systems)
- Ability to handle enterprise and SMB accounts
- Familiarity with CRM tools
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
