Role Overview
We are looking for a GRN Entry Operator (Fresher) to join our procurement and stores team. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to build a career in industrial procurement and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) into ERP(Tranzact) system accurately.
- Verify received materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Maintain proper documentation for procurement and logistics.
- Coordinate with the stores and accounts team for smooth workflow.
- Maintain Supplier Ledgers.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Graduate/Diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, or Diploma in Mechanical Engg
- Experience: Fresher (0–1 year).
- Skills:
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Mindset: Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
