Job Title: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Recruiter responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet organizational needs. The role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying candidates to onboarding, while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers
- Post job openings on job portals, social media, and career pages
- Source candidates through databases, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate pipelines and databases
- Negotiate offers and follow up with candidates
- Ensure timely hiring and meet recruitment targets
- Maintain recruitment reports and metrics
- Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (0–5 years depending on level)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools
- Ability to assess candidates effectively
- Good organizational and time management skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
