About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Room Architect to lead the architecture and technical strategy of enterprise applications within an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will drive scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise applications.
- Design scalable, cloud-native, and distributed systems using modern architectural patterns.
- Drive Microservices, Event-Driven, and API-First architecture initiatives.
- Collaborate with Scrum teams to integrate architectural requirements into Agile delivery.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams.
- Conduct architecture reviews and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
- Ensure application performance, reliability, security, and scalability.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve technical dependencies and risks.
Required Skills:
- 6+ years of experience in Solution Architecture and Enterprise Application Design.
- Strong expertise in:
- Solution Architecture
- Microservices Architecture
- Event-Driven Architecture
- AWS or Azure Cloud Platforms
- Distributed Systems Design
- Agile/Scrum Methodologies
- CI/CD and DevOps Practices
- API-First Design and System Integration
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Docker and Kubernetes
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Monitoring and Observability tools
- Security Architecture and Compliance
- Cloud or Architecture Certifications
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
