We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team. Freshers are welcome to apply. The candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude to assist customers and resolve their queries.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, chats, and emails.
- Answer customer questions and provide accurate information.
- Resolve customer issues in a professional manner.
- Maintain customer records and update information in the system.
- Follow up with customers when required.
- Work with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements

- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
