Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through door-to-door (D2D) sales, field visits, references, and lead generation activities.
- Promote and sell Fiber Broadband Internet, FTTH connections, leased lines, and Solar Rooftop Solutions.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable internet and solar products.
- Conduct site visits for customer assessment and coordinate with technical teams whenever required.
- Explain product features, pricing, benefits, ROI, and available promotional offers to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residential, commercial, corporate, and society customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by the management.
- Follow up with leads until closure and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with Installation, Technical Support, and Customer Service teams to ensure timely service activation.
- Collect and verify customer documents required for service activation.
- Maintain daily sales reports, customer records, and activity updates in CRM or company software.
- Attend promotional events, marketing campaigns, society activities, and local business events to generate leads.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activities and share market intelligence with the reporting manager.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices.
