Role Summary:
The HR Manager will be responsible for driving talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, payroll coordination, HR operations, employee engagement, and employee relations across corporate and plant locations. The role requires partnering with business leaders to foster a high-performance culture while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning across functions and locations.
- Build talent pipelines for critical and leadership positions.
- Drive employer branding and hiring effectiveness initiatives.
Performance Management:
- Implement and monitor KPI/KRA frameworks across departments.
- Drive annual performance appraisal cycles and performance reviews.
- Support managers in talent development and performance improvement initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Manage salary benchmarking, compensation reviews, increments, and promotions.
- Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
- Support compensation strategy and employee benefits administration.
HR Operations, Compliance & HRMS:
- Oversee employee lifecycle management from onboarding to separation.
- Ensure adherence to labour laws, statutory requirements, audits, and company policies across all locations.
- Drive effective utilization of HRMS (preferably Spine HRMS) and maintain HR analytics and MIS reports.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and process improvements.
Employee Relations & Labour Management:
- Manage employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Partner with plant leadership to maintain harmonious employee relations.
- Support workforce planning, engagement initiatives, and labour compliance.
- Handle investigations and employee-related matters effectively.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
- MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.
- 10–12 years of HR experience in manufacturing or industrial organizations.
- Strong exposure to plant HR, labour laws, and employee relations.
- Experience in recruitment, PMS, C&B, and HR operations.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms, preferably Spine HRMS.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly across plant locations.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
