We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to lead daily operations of the jewellery showroom. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing store staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory discipline, and achieving business targets while maintaining premium brand standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Growth
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets of the showroom.
- Drive walk-ins, conversions, and repeat customer business.
- Monitor team performance and motivate staff to maximize sales.
- Handle high-value customers and VIP client relationships.
- Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities with the marketing team.
Team Management
- Lead, train, and supervise sales associates and store staff.
- Conduct daily briefing and sales motivation meetings.
- Prepare staff schedules, attendance, and leave management.
- Maintain discipline, grooming, and professional behavior in the showroom.
Customer Service
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and relationship management.
- Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Build long-term customer loyalty and referrals.
Store Operations
- Oversee opening and closing of the store.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and showroom presentation.
- Maintain stock accuracy, tagging, and product display standards.
- Coordinate with inventory and accounts teams for stock audits and billing accuracy.
Inventory & Security
- Monitor stock movement, inward/outward entries, and ageing stock.
- Ensure safety and security of jewellery stock as per SOPs.
- Coordinate during stock audits and physical verification.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare daily sales reports, staff performance reports, and MIS.
- Monitor store expenses and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
