Location: Remote (Pan India)
Engagement: Freelance / Commission-Based
Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for assigned positions.
- Use LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screening.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Ensure quality profile submissions and candidate engagement until joining.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience.
- Agency recruitment experience preferred.
- Strong sourcing and communication skills.
