Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and ensure smooth functioning.
Manage, train, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff.
Prepare staff duty rosters, monitor attendance, and handle shift scheduling.
Ensure exceptional customer service and promptly resolve guest complaints.
Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
Coordinate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and service.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in compliance with regulations.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering of food, beverages, and restaurant supplies.
Control operational costs, minimize wastage, and improve profitability.
Handle billing, cash management, daily sales reports, and POS operations.
Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.
Monitor restaurant maintenance and coordinate repairs when required.
Plan and execute promotions, special events, and festive offers to increase sales.
Ensure compliance with company policies, licensing requirements, and health & safety regulations.
Analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement.
Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations.
Maintain a positive work environment and uphold the restaurant's brand standards.
Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and encouraging repeat business.
