Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and SCADA programs.
- Diagnose automation system faults and restore machine functionality.
- Work on servo drives, VFDs, sensors, and control panel wiring.
- Support automation upgrades and new machine commissioning.
- Ensure system safety and compliance with automation standards.
- Perform preventive maintenance on automation systems.
- Coordinate with production teams to improve cycle time and process efficiency.
- Maintain documentation of programs, backups, and wiring diagrams.
