Position: Retail Sales Associate
Location: Bhopal
Experience: 1–2 years in the retail sector
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Industry: Retail (Luxury Bags, Gifts & Cosmetics)
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and promotions effectively.
- Maintain attractive visual merchandising and store displays.
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations.
- Ensure proper stock management, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
- Address customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to brand standards.
- Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and customer service orientation.
- Good presentation and grooming standards.
- Basic knowledge of POS billing systems.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and on weekends.
- Positive attitude with a passion for retail sales.
Eligibility:
- Graduate or Undergraduate.
- 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury products, cosmetics, fashion accessories, gifts, or lifestyle brands.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
