Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & Compliance Accountant to manage our end-to-end payroll operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely salary processing, maintaining strict alignment with LCA (Labor Condition Application) wage requirements, and managing payroll reconciliations for various compensation structures This role requires a strong understanding of state and federal tax laws and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Payroll Processing: Execute accurate and timely payroll cycles for all employees, ensuring all payments are distributed on schedule.
- Compliance Management: Ensure all payroll activities are fully compliant with Federal and State tax regulations and filing requirements.
- LCA Alignment: Monitor and maintain payroll records to ensure alignment with Labor Condition Application (LCA) wage obligations and requirements.
- Compensation Model Management: Oversee and calculate payroll splits (e.g., 80/20, 75/25, 70/30 models) according to internal compensation agreements.
- Financial Reconciliation: Manage the reconciliation of payroll variances, including the processing and recovery of excess amounts in accordance with signed employee agreements and company policy.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on payroll status, tax liabilities, and employee account reconciliations for management review.
Pay: From ₹14,631.01 per month
