Job Summary:
Responsible for supervising day-to-day civil works at industrial construction sites (factories, warehouses, utility buildings, etc.). Ensures project execution aligns with design, safety, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise site activities: excavation, concreting, RCC / Steel works (PEB), Plumbing, Flooring (WMM / Pcc & Concreting ) etc.
· Coordinate with Project Manager, Site Engineers and subcontractors for smooth execution.
· Ensure material availability, proper manpower deployment, and schedule adherence.
· Conduct quality checks and enforce site safety regulations.
· Maintain daily reports (DPR), labor records, and site documentation.
· Report progress, issues, or delays to management.
· Make the abstract as per work done.
Qualifications:
· 12 Pass / Any Graduate (Experience in Industrial Civil & PEB Structure .
· 3–7 years of experience in industrial/infrastructure projects.
· Proficient in reading drawings, quality control, and site coordination.
· Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Chakan, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
