Job Title: Field Marketing & Admissions Executive
Location: IIHAM College, Ramatalkies, Visakhapatnam
Job Summary
IIHAM College is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Marketing & Admissions Executive to promote the institute, generate student admissions, and build strong relationships with junior colleges, and educational institutions. The ideal candidate should be confident, self-motivated, and willing to travel extensively for field marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit junior colleges, coaching institutes, and other educational institutions to promote IIHAM College courses and programs.
- Build and maintain good relationships with principals, management, lecturers, and career counselors.
- Distribute brochures, pamphlets, and other promotional materials to prospective students.
- Organize and manage promotional activities, career guidance sessions, education stalls, and admission campaigns.
- Identify and generate potential student leads for admissions.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents to convert inquiries into admissions.
- Conduct market surveys and collect information about competitors and admission trends.
- Represent the institute at educational fairs, seminars, and promotional events.
- Maintain daily reports of visits, leads generated, and admissions achieved.
- Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams to achieve monthly admission targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, admissions, educational sales, business development, or direct sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Telugu. Hindi is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Visakhapatnam and nearby areas.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and own vehicle preferred.
