Job Description
Sky Direct Travel is looking for an experienced and motivated HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resources activities and support the company's continued growth.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee coordination, HR administration, and maintaining a positive and professional workplace environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate screening
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels
- Coordinate interviews and selection processes
- Handle employee onboarding and documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Manage attendance, leave, and basic HR administration
- Coordinate with employees and management regarding HR-related matters
- Support employee engagement and workplace initiatives
- Assist with company HR policies and procedures
- Prepare HR reports and maintain necessary documentation
- Support performance management and employee development activities
- Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources preferred
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- Good knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
- Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally
- Proactive and responsible approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
