Job description
- Planning & Management of site activities like allocation of work, co-ordination with sub- contractor & other related agencies for all interior fit out like flooring, panelling, ceiling etc.
- To get the site work done in time with proper Quality and timely finish of work.
- Co-ordinate with different agencies & Project coordinator to get the work moving as per (Details of drawings).
- Arrange proper stacking of materials received at site and to keep record of the same.
- Checking of Marble/ Granite, Tiles, Carpentry, Gypsum, Painting, finishing works as per approved drawings
- Checking of materials received on site.
- Checking of Brick work and plaster
- Coordination with Electrical, HVAC, Firefighting, plumbing agency and other services.
- Work out quantity & submit daily report of site.
- Handling all Finishing activities.
- To execute works as per approved Checklist and Work orders.
- Preparation and submission of Daily progress report.
