Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive responsible for generating business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The candidate should have strong communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills with the ability to handle the complete sales process from lead generation to closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, references, and field activities
- Identify potential clients and promote company products/services
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions
- Conduct sales presentations, product pitches, and coordinate demos/meetings
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospects for conversions
- Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions in CRM/Bitrix
- Coordinate with support and implementation teams for smooth onboarding of clients
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
- Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales activity reports to management
- Track pipeline status and ensure continuous business growth
- Handle client queries, objections, and escalations professionally
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through timely communication and support
- Maintain proper documentation of sales activities and client communication
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in any stream
- 1–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong follow-up and relationship management ability
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Bitrix, MS Excel, and reporting systems preferred
- Experience in software/ERP/CRM sales will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
