Job Responsibilities
- Make awareness and follow-up calls to customers.
- Remind customers about due payments.
- Collect customer commitments for payment (PTP).
- Identify priority customer accounts and update records.
- Coordinate accounts that require field visits.
- Maintain call quality and complete daily targets.
- Follow company process guidelines and turnaround time (TAT).
Eligibility
- Any Graduate
- 0–5 years of experience
- Freshers can also apply
- Tamil speaking candidates preferred
Skills Required
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer and keyboard knowledge
- Positive attitude and self-motivated
- Willingness to work in a target-based environment
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
