Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and communication-driven individual to support customer outreach, product promotion, and lead management. The role involves direct interaction with potential clients via calls and digital platforms, contributing to regional market growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing regional customers
- Promote products/services via calls and WhatsApp
- Demonstrate products effectively and handle customer objections
- Update and maintain the lead pipeline on a daily basis
- Coordinate with the core team to share market insights and regional feedback
- Follow up with leads to convert them into customers
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in English (mandatory) + any one of: Gujarati, Bengali, Marathi, or Telugu
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Understanding of sales processes and customer handling
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
What We're Looking For: Someone self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with high-volume calling and client interaction on a daily basis.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
