Job Description - Oracle EPM Solution Architect (10+ Years Experience)
Position Summary
Seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Solution Architect with 10+ years of expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud, Hyperion Planning, Essbase, FCCS, EPBCS/PBCS, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and enterprise performance management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead end-to-end Oracle EPM implementations and enhancements.
· Gather business requirements and design scalable planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting solutions.
· Develop and administer EPBCS/PBCS, FCCS, Essbase, OACS and related EPM applications.
· Build business rules, calculation scripts, data maps, Smart Push, task lists, dashboards and reports.
· Design financial consolidations, intercompany eliminations and currency translation processes.
· Manage data integrations using Data Management/FDMEE and ERP integrations.
· Drive solution architecture, technical design reviews and best practices.
· Support testing, UAT, deployment, migration and production support activities.
· Lead client workshops and mentor junior consultants.
Required Skills & Experience
· 10+ years of IT experience with 8+ years in Oracle EPM/Hyperion solutions.
· Strong expertise in Hyperion Planning, Essbase, FCCS, PBCS/EPBCS, Smart View and Financial Reporting.
· Experience in budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, capex planning and profitability management.
· Knowledge of MAXL, SQL and data integration tools.
· Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Oracle EPM Cloud, Anaplan or IBM Planning Analytics
Preferred Certifications
· Oracle Cloud EPM Implementation Professional
· Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Cloud Certification
· Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS/EPBCS) Certification
Pay: ₹1,023,583.12 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
