We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller Executive to join our growing digital marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential clients, explaining our digital marketing services, generating leads, and maintaining good customer relationships.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards sales and client interaction.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Explain company services such as SEO, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, Google Ads, etc.
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Maintain customer database and records
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English
- Confident speaking and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and self-motivated personality
- Experience in telecalling or sales is preferred
