We are looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Marketing Specialist who can manage and grow brand presence across social media platforms through engaging content and organic strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals
- Create and manage monthly content calendars
- Plan and coordinate photo and video shoots for content creation
- Develop creative content ideas, briefs, and campaign concepts
- Manage and grow social media pages organically (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Increase engagement, reach, and followers
- Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports
- Work with designers and editors for content execution
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms
- Experience in content planning and execution
- Hands-on experience in coordinating photo and video shoots
- Understanding of content production workflows
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing processes
- Good communication and creative thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
Preferred Skills
- Experience in digital/marketing agency environment
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and community building
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
