FINANCIAL CONTROLLER – JOB DESCRIPTION
· Lead and oversee the organization’s entire Finance and Accounts function.
· Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives and long-term growth plans.
· Prepare, review, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
· Monitor business performance through MIS reports, financial dashboards, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and variance analysis.
· Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and long-term business planning.
· Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax (PT), Companies Act, Labour Laws, and all other applicable statutory regulations.
· Establish and strengthen internal controls, financial policies, governance frameworks, and risk management procedures.
· Manage banking relationships, working capital, treasury operations, and fund utilization.
· Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll, taxation, billing, fixed assets, and financial reporting functions.
· Coordinate with Operations Managers (OMs) and (RCMs) for project billing, revenue projections, budgeting, and expense planning.
· Prepare and review site-wise Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and project profitability reports.
· Calculate and monitor the Cash Conversion Cycle (CCC) and recommend improvements in working capital efficiency.
· Coordinate with clients regarding outstanding receivables, payment collections, and cash inflows.
· Lead internal, statutory, tax, GST, and other regulatory audits, ensuring timely completion and compliance.
· Review project costs, operational efficiency, profitability, and recommend corrective actions to optimize margins.
· Analyze financial and operational performance and provide strategic recommendations to improve profitability and reduce costs.
· Support senior management in strategic financial planning, investment decisions, expansion initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, and capital expenditure planning.
· Prepare accurate cash flow forecasts and ensure optimal utilization of financial resources.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
