Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven E-commerce SEO Specialist with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in optimizing online stores. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar e-commerce platforms, along with in-depth knowledge of technical SEO, on-page optimization, keyword research, and SEO strategies focused on increasing organic traffic and revenue.
The candidate should understand how users search, browse, and purchase products online, and should be capable of improving search rankings, category visibility, and product discoverability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies for e-commerce websites.
- Perform comprehensive keyword research for products, collections/categories, and informational content.
- Optimize product pages, category pages, landing pages, and blogs.
- Create SEO-friendly meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, and URL structures.
- Conduct regular technical SEO audits and resolve issues related to:
- Manage SEO for Shopify and/or WooCommerce websites.
- Optimize internal linking and site architecture for improved crawling and user experience.
- Implement Product, FAQ, Review, Breadcrumb, and Organization Schema.
- Monitor website performance using:
- Google Search Console
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (basic understanding preferred)
- Analyze competitors and identify SEO growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and content writers to implement SEO recommendations.
- Plan and optimize SEO content targeting transactional, commercial, and informational keywords.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and revenue performance.
- Prepare monthly SEO reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with Google's algorithm updates and SEO best practices.

- Proven track record of improving organic traffic, keyword rankings, and revenue.
- Strong understanding of user intent and e-commerce search behavior.

- Basic HTML & CSS knowledge.
- Experience with Shopify apps related to SEO.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT for content optimization.
