Job Description
We are seeking reliable and professional 1099 Call Center Agents to handle inbound and/or outbound calls from home. This is a remote, independent contractor position offering flexible scheduling and consistent work opportunities.
Agents must be comfortable working in a structured call center environment while maintaining professionalism and accuracy in all customer interactions.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries
- Follow call scripts and compliance guidelines
- Maintain call quality, professionalism, and performance standards
- Document calls and customer interactions accurately
System & Technical Requirements (Required)
- Windows-based computer (required – no Mac or Chromebook)
- Minimum 8GB RAM (more recommended)
- Dual monitors required
- High-speed, hardwired internet connection
- Webcam required and must be on during training
- USB headset with noise-canceling microphone
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace
Other Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable using multiple systems and applications simultaneously
- Must pass any required background or compliance checks (if applicable)
- Must speak English
