Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including workforce planning, job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment, mediate disputes, and manage grievance resolution.
- Performance & Development: Administer performance appraisal systems, analyze training needs, and build employee development programs.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll, health insurance, retirement plans, and benefits administration to ensure competitiveness.
- Policy & Compliance: Ensure all company policies adhere to local, state, and national labor laws, and maintain employee records.
- HR Analytics: Leverage HR metrics to drive decision-making around retention, employee engagement, and organizational growth.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
