Ideally, the incumbent in this role is expected to be punctual, process driven and attentive to minute details. He/she should be open to correct mistakes with immediate action and have sporting spirit to accept challenges. To succeed in this role in the long term, multi-tasking and adaptability to incorporate changes is the key. Ample training will be provided; someone who can run the show on auto-mode after that without regular need for help/assistance fits the bill.
Daily Tasks:
Be the first point of contact at the front desk for the walk-in inquiries, help them fill the inquiry form
Assist Centre Head and Counsellor, deliver inquiry form to them in the cabin and escort the inquiry to the cabin
Greet the walk-ins, offer water/tea through office boy, engage for 10 mins if the counselor is busy
Help in campus walk-through for the walk-in inquiries, give a relevant brochure to kill waiting time
End-to-end ERP and Cashbook Management
New admission punching, receipt generation and onboarding the students – biometric attendance registration, declaration signing, adding to the batch channel, MyZone dashboard activation, etc.
Fees installment accounting, calling and follow-ups to ensure timely payment recovery
Daily class schedule management in coordination with each faculty member, along with agenda posting in batch channel
Maintenance coordination of PC’s, Printer, Electricity, Cleanliness and other housekeeping tasks
Be vigilant on Light and Air Condition usage of all the rooms at the center, ensure optimal savings and stop over usage
Worksheet coordination, study material indent coordination, brochures stocking, etc.
Help in updating result banners at the centre and other promotional material in and around the centre
Petty Cash and reimbursement bills management
Offline Classes attendance management of the students
Library book issue and return record-keeping
Be in close coordination with the Accountant for revenue and invoice management
Be in close coordination with Head Office Representative for ERP-related escalations, student dashboard login management, etc.
Be on toes for urgent photo copies, printouts, etc. and ensure overall smooth functioning of the center
Cold calling from data provided to generate walk-in inquiries
Take up product counselling, nurturing and follow-up to funnel inquiries towards enrollments
Be alert and self-supervised in coordinating multiple things at a time from the above points
Assist Centre Director with miscellaneous tasks when required
Work Schedule: 09:15 AM to 06:45 PM – six days a week including Sunday; 30 mins lunch break in between
Weekly Off on Wednesday or Friday as per mutual decision; can leave at 05:45 PM on Sundays
Performance Standard:
- Punctuality for in-center attendance punch-in is critically important; Being late at work by maximum 10 mins is acceptable twice a month; 25% of the day’s remuneration is deducted from third time late coming in any given month
- No usage of personal phone calls/social media during work hours except contingency/emergency
Leaves: 06 Casual Leaves in a Calendar Year
