About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Executive with a strong background in the Eye Care/Ophthalmology healthcare sector. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management in a hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions.
- Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidate hiring.
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, HRMS, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, hospital policies, and statutory requirements.
- Drive employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work culture.
- Coordinate performance appraisal and employee development initiatives.
- Resolve employee grievances and support conflict resolution.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and workforce planning reports.
- Coordinate with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements.
- Support HR audits and maintain confidential employee documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in an Eye Care Hospital/Ophthalmology healthcare organization (Mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and HRMS software.
