Key Responsibilities:
Assemble various computer parts, including motherboards, processors, RAM, hard drives, power supplies, and peripheral devices.
Ensure that all components are installed correctly and securely within the computer chassis.
Kitting:
Prepare and organize all required components for assembly, ensuring that each kit contains the necessary parts for each system build.
Verify that all parts in the kit are correct and in good working condition before being sent for assembly.
BIOS Updates & Firmware Installation:
Perform BIOS updates on motherboards to ensure systems are running the latest firmware versions for compatibility and performance.
Install and update firmware for components such as storage drives, graphics cards, and other peripherals to maintain optimal system performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during BIOS or firmware updates.
Quality Control & Testing:
Conduct thorough testing to verify that each assembled system functions properly, including hardware and software diagnostics.
Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies during assembly or testing.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
Troubleshoot and repair computer systems and components when necessary, replacing faulty parts and resolving technical issues.
Packing:
Carefully pack assembled computer systems and components for shipment or storage.
Ensure that all packing materials are used appropriately to prevent damage during transport.
Label packages correctly and prepare necessary shipping documentation.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, part inventories, test results, BIOS/firmware updates, and packing details.
Report any defects, failures, or concerns to management in a timely manner.
Inventory Management:
Manage and track inventory of computer components to ensure sufficient stock is available for assembly.
Assist in inventory control and organization of components for kitting, assembly, BIOS/firmware installation, and packing.
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bhiwandi, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Computer hardware: 3 years (Required)
