We are seeking a highly analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support organizational growth by evaluating business processes, gathering requirements, identifying improvement opportunities, and providing data-driven recommendations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business operations, improve efficiency, and support strategic decision-making.
The role requires excellent analytical and communication skills, stakeholder management, process documentation expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & Process Improvement
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from various departments and stakeholders.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for process optimization and operational improvement.
- Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), process flow diagrams, and workflow documentation.
- Conduct gap analysis, root cause analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments.
- Recommend practical, data-driven solutions to improve productivity, efficiency, and business performance.
- Assist in implementing process improvements and monitor their effectiveness.
- Support business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across departments.
Stakeholder Management & Coordination
- Collaborate with departments including HR, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Management to understand business needs.
- Act as a liaison between business users and internal teams to ensure accurate understanding and implementation of business requirements.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders.
- Track project deliverables and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Follow up on action items and support cross-functional project execution.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare business reports, dashboards, presentations, and performance analysis reports.
- Analyze operational data and provide meaningful insights to support management decisions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of business requirements, project status, change requests, and process documentation.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes of meetings (MoM), and circulate action points to stakeholders.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper maintenance of business records and organizational information.
Project Support
- Support project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
- Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure project milestones are achieved within defined timelines.
- Identify project risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Assist management in evaluating new business opportunities and strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to organizational process standardization and quality improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) is mandatory.
- Fresh MBA graduates with exceptional analytical skills may apply.
- Candidates with 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Operations Analyst, Process Analyst, Management Trainee, or similar roles will be preferred.
- Strong academic background with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
