Role Overview
We are looking for a Lead - Platform Engineering to drive the architecture, development, and scaling
of our next-generation AI-powered platforms. This role sits at the intersection of full-stack
engineering, AI/ML systems, and scalable platform design, and will be instrumental in building
robust, production-grade systems powering autonomous and industrial AI applications.
You will lead a team of engineers, define technical direction, and ensure high-quality delivery of
scalable, secure, and high-performance platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Architecture & Development
1. Design and build end-to-end platform architecture (frontend, backend, APIs, and data layers)
2. Develop scalable and modular microservices-based systems
3. Drive cloud-native platform development (AWS/Azure/GCP)
4. Ensure high availability, performance, and security of the platform
Full Stack Engineering
1. Lead development across frontend (React/Angular/Vue) and backend
(Node.js/Python/Java/Go)
2. Define best practices for clean code, modular design, and API-first development
3. Oversee UI/UX integration for data-intensive and AI-driven applications
AI/ML Platform Integration
1. Work closely with AI teams to integrate ML models into production systems
2. Build and manage ML pipelines, inference systems, and model deployment frameworks
3. Enable real-time data processing and decision-making systems
4. Drive adoption of MLOps practices (model versioning, monitoring, retraining pipelines)
Leadership & Delivery
1. Lead, mentor, and scale a team of platform and full-stack engineers
2. Own technical roadmap, sprint planning, and delivery timelines
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AI, Robotics, Product, DevOps)
4. Ensure adherence to engineering standards, documentation, and governance
DevOps & Scalability
1. Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment strategies
2. Drive containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
3. Establish observability (logging, monitoring, alerting)

Required Skills & Qualifications
Core Engineering
1. Strong expertise in full-stack development
2. Frontend: React / Angular / Vue
3. Backend: Node.js / Python / Java / Go
4. Experience in designing distributed systems and scalable architectures
5. Strong understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and event-driven systems
AI/ML Exposure
1. Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML models into production
2. Familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow / PyTorch
3. Understanding of MLOps, model deployment, and inference systems
Cloud & DevOps
1. Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP
2. Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
3. Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data pipelines
Leadership
1. Proven experience leading engineering teams (5-15 members)
2. Strong ownership mindset with ability to drive end-to-end delivery
3. Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
Good to Have
1. Experience in real-time systems / edge computing / IoT platforms
2. Exposure to autonomous systems, robotics, or industrial AI
3. Knowledge of stream processing (Kafka, Spark, Flink)
4. Experience building multi-tenant SaaS platforms
