Job Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic Telecalling Executives to join our team immediately. The role involves calling prospective customers, building strong conversations, and assisting them with app downloads and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Call prospective customers/leads provided by the company
✅ Build rapport and maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates
✅ Guide customers through the app download and registration process
✅ Ensure successful conversion and onboarding
✅ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Eligibility
✔ Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience can apply
✔ Excellent communication skills in Hindi (Mandatory)
✔ Strong conversation-building and counseling abilities
✔ Basic computer knowledge
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced customer service environment
✔ Team player with a positive and supportive attitude
Salary
Up to ₹18,000 per month

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Rotational Week Off (Sunday is mandatory working)
