About Elvory
Elvory is a new-age Indian skincare startup building science-backed products made for Indian skin and climate conditions. We are currently in the pre-launch phase, focused on developing high quality well researched formulations. We take a thoughtful quality-first approach to skincare prioritising formulation integrity, ingredient performance and long-term skin health. Elvory is being built by a young marketing-led team that values transparency, strong branding and smart execution. Interning with us means hands-on exposure to building a skincare brand from scratch, from research and content to strategy and launch planning.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Design creatives for multiple platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
2. Work on social media grids to ensure visual consistency and a cohesive brand look.
3. Create posts, carousels, stories, reel covers, and static creatives as required.
4. Adapt and resize designs for different platforms and formats.
5. Assist in creating visuals for marketing campaigns, launches, and announcements.
6. Work closely with the marketing and content team on concepts and executions.
7. Perform basic image editing, retouching, and layout corrections.
8. Help maintain brand guidelines across all digital touchpoints.
9. Organize and manage design files and assets.
10. Keep up with current design and social media trends.

Other requirements
1. Strong understanding of typography, font pairing, and text hierarchy.
2. Good sense of color theory and how colors work together across platforms.
3. An eye for overall aesthetics and clean visual composition.
4. Ability to maintain consistency across grids and brand assets.
5. Comfort working with different visual styles while staying on brand.
6. Openness to feedback and willingness to refine designs.
7. Interest in branding, digital content, and design trends.
8. Familiarity with designing for multiple platforms is a plus.
