Job Summary
The IT Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth functioning of hardware, software, networks, POS systems, and providing technical support to all outlets and corporate offices. The role requires proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementation of IT solutions to support business operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure & System Management
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, biometric devices, and other IT equipment.
- Ensure smooth functioning of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi networks, and internet connectivity across corporate offices and outlets.
- Monitor and maintain servers, storage systems, and network devices.
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and antivirus management.
POS & Outlet IT Support
- Manage and support POS systems across all Hatti Kaapi outlets.
- Coordinate with vendors for POS software, billing systems, and payment gateway issues.
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of billing systems and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Provide remote and on-site IT support to stores and kiosks.
User Support & Helpdesk
- Provide first-level and second-level technical support to employees.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, and network-related issues.
- Maintain IT helpdesk tickets and ensure timely resolution of user complaints.
- Conduct user training on IT systems and applications.
Software & Application Support
- Support ERP, HRMS, attendance systems, and other business applications.
- Coordinate with software vendors for issue resolution and enhancements.
- Maintain software licenses and ensure compliance.
Data Security & Compliance
- Ensure data backup and disaster recovery procedures are implemented.
- Monitor IT security practices and safeguard company information.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and information security standards.
Vendor & Asset Management
- Maintain IT asset register and track hardware/software inventory.
- Coordinate with IT vendors for procurement, AMC renewals, and service support.
- Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
