- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
- Inspect vehicles and accurately record customer concerns.
- Prepare job cards and repair orders with complete details.
- Explain recommended repairs, maintenance schedules, and service costs to customers.
- Obtain customer approval before commencing additional work.
- Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Monitor job progress and provide regular updates to customers.
- Conduct final quality checks before vehicle delivery.
- Prepare invoices and explain work performed and charges.
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve service-related issues.
- Promote value-added services, maintenance packages, and accessories where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate service records and customer information.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
