Operation Manager – Service Apartments
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Operation Manager to oversee the daily operations of our service apartments. The candidate will be responsible for managing guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, staff coordination, and ensuring smooth operations while delivering excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the service apartments.
- Ensure high standards of guest service, comfort, and satisfaction.
- Supervise front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and support teams.
- Coordinate guest check-in, check-out, reservations, and special requests.
- Monitor apartment readiness, cleanliness, and maintenance standards.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery effectively.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for operational requirements.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance.
- Monitor expenses, inventory, and operational budgets.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company policies.
- Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management.
- Identify opportunities to improve occupancy, service quality, and profitability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in hospitality operations, serviced apartments, hotels, or property management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Good knowledge of housekeeping, maintenance, and guest service operations.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and solve operational issues.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with property management systems preferred.
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
