Role Overview
We are looking for dedicated, passionate, and student-focused teachers to join the madrasah based model Usmania Institute of Excellence – Boys Campus (Madrasah).
The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, supporting academic excellence, mentoring students, and contributing to the overall development of the institution.
Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Planning
- Prepare and deliver structured lessons as per institutional syllabus
- Develop strong understanding in subject concepts and communication skills
- Maintain effective lesson planning and classroom engagement
Assessment & Student Support
- Conduct assignments, assessments, and examinations
- Monitor academic progress and provide individual support where required
- Encourage participation and confidence building
Classroom Management
- Maintain discipline and a respectful learning environment
- Record attendance and manage class activities effectively
Institutional Contribution
- Participate in meetings, events, academic planning, and reporting
- Support institutional programs and overall growth initiatives
Student Development
- Mentor students in competitions, presentations, and co-curricular activities
- Encourage holistic character and academic development
RequirementsEducation
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in the relevant subject
- Teaching qualifications/certifications are an added advantage
Experience
- Prior teaching experience preferred
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge and teaching interest are welcome
Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Positive and patient teaching approach
- Strong classroom management abilities
