Lead the desk side services team in GBS Bengaluru. The team consists of IT ops and Asset management team members, key responsibilities will be in people management and process management
Key Responsibilities
People management, act as liason between client and HCLTech, report into Global OSS lead, coordinate with various Novo Nordisk stakeholders, plan, forecast and distribute workload properly between team, prepare team for audits
