Job Title: Production Supervisor
Location: Madurai, Tamil Nadu

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and performance)
Job Summary
We are a tube manufacturing company established in 1996, looking for a responsible and proactive Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations. The ideal candidate should be able to coordinate production activities, manage shop floor operations, and ensure work is completed efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets.
- Prepare production schedules and allocate work to operators based on priorities.
- Plan and ensure the availability of raw materials required for uninterrupted production.
- Coordinate with machine operators and workers to maintain a smooth production flow.
- Monitor productivity, quality, and minimize material wastage.
- Ensure machines and equipment are operated safely and report maintenance requirements.
- Maintain daily production records and prepare basic production reports.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and company procedures.
- Supervise workers, provide guidance, and resolve day-to-day production issues.
- Work closely with management to improve production efficiency and optimize processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar manufacturing role.
- Basic knowledge of production planning and material management.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to handle shop floor operations and coordinate with workers effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Word) will be an added advantage.
