Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, references, field visits, and digital platforms
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries
- Arrange and conduct site visits for clients
- Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into buyers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain client database and sales reports
- Promote properties through social media, ads, and events
- Coordinate with digital marketing teams for lead generation
- Organize promotional activities like property exhibitions and open houses
- Support branding and advertising initiatives
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of real estate market trends
- Ability to convince and close deals
- Customer relationship management skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
Qualification
Experience
- 0 to 3 years in real estate sales/marketing (freshers with strong communication can also apply)
