1. Lead Management
KRA: Manage and update all assigned leads in the CRM system and ensure proper allocation to the sales team.
2. Lead Follow-up & Coordination
KRA: Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely engagement.
3. Customer Query & Support
KRA: Handle customer inquiries related to products, services, and sales processes.
4. Complaint Handling & Resolution
KRA: Address and resolve customer complaints by coordinating with relevant departments.
5. Sales Support & Coordination
KRA: Support the sales team by preparing proposals, quotations, and coordinating meetings with clients.
6. Lead Conversion Support
KRA: Assist the sales team in converting leads into clients by maintaining proper follow-ups and updates.
7. Customer Relationship Management
KRA: Maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers through regular follow-ups and service support.
8. CRM Data Management
KRA: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, clients, and sales activities in the CRM system.
9. Sales Pipeline Monitoring
KRA: Track and monitor the status of leads and opportunities in the sales pipeline.
10. Reporting & Documentation
KRA: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly CRM and sales reports.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
