We are looking for a skilled and data-driven SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, on-page and off-page optimization, keyword strategy, and technical SEO. You will be responsible for improving organic visibility, driving qualified traffic, and supporting overall SEO strategies for multiple websites.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for growth.
- Perform on-page optimization, including meta tags, header optimization, internal linking, and content recommendations.
- Implement technical SEO best practices such as site audits, crawl optimization, indexability improvements, and site speed enhancements.
- Manage off-page activities including link-building strategies and outreach.
- Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO changes.
- Monitor search engine trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
- Prepare monthly SEO reports and KPI summaries for clients or internal teams.
- Review competitors and identify gaps and new ranking opportunities.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in SEO.
- Strong knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools.
- Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.
- Ability to perform data-driven decision-making and strong analytical skills.
- Experience in working with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or similar.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with local SEO and GMB optimization.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure.
- Familiarity with content marketing strategies.
