Job description:
We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Service Engineer to join our team in Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of equipment while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
On-site Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine maintenance, diagnose mechanical/electrical issues, and repair industrial sweepers/scrubbers.
Machine Delivery & Handover: Provide training to customers during machine delivery on safe and efficient operation of the machinery, Receiving from customer on machine delivery documents(Delivery acknowledgements, Thank you letter, training checklist, training attendance sheet, Machine delivery acceptance, client feedback form, warranty card etc)
Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues before breakdowns occur.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service reports, repair logs, and parts usage.
Inventory Management: Manage, order, and restock spare parts and tools.
Technical Support: Offer on-site and phone-based technical assistance to clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: ITI, Diploma, or Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
Experience: 2 - 3+ years of experience in technical support, mechanical maintenance, or field service, preferably with cleaning machines.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of hydraulics, Lithium battery, DC wiring, engines and mechanical systems.
Diagnostic Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex issues under pressure.
Soft Skills: Strong customer-centric attitude, communication skills, and ability to work independently.
Physical Requirements: Ability to travel extensively to client sites.
Preferred Skills
Experience working with field service operations.
Understanding of safety protocols and compliance standards.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
