- Operate and monitor Draw Bench machines for cold drawn tube production.
- Set up dies, mandrels, plugs, and tooling as per tube size requirements.
- Ensure tube dimensions, wall thickness, and surface finish as per quality standards.
- Perform machine parameter setting and process monitoring during production.
- Conduct inspection using Vernier, Micrometer, and gauges.
- Support tube loading, unloading, straightening, and finishing activities.
- Maintain daily production and rejection records.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and coordinate with maintenance.
- Follow safety, quality, and 5S practices on the shop floor.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Draw Bench operation and tube drawing process.
- Understanding of die & mandrel setting.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments and quality checks.
- Mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Team handling and production coordination.
Pay: From ₹23,500.00 per month
