About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic National Sales Manager (NSM) to lead our national sales operations and drive business growth across India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the FMCG industry, with a strong background in HORECA, Bakery, and B2B sales. This role requires a strategic leader who can build high-performing teams, strengthen distribution networks, and develop key customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement national sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage regional and area sales teams to maximize performance and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and strengthen the distributor and channel partner network across India.
- Manage key business accounts, including HORECA chains, institutions, and modern trade customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in untapped markets and regions.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to support business decisions.
- Drive product visibility through promotional activities, market activations, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting, business reporting, and timely collection of payments.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 12–15 years of experience in FMCG sales.
- Strong experience in HORECA, Bakery, and B2B sales is mandatory.
- Proven experience managing national or multi-regional sales operations.
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to build and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
