- Develop data products, software applications, and data marts to collect, process, and analyze enterprise data.
- Build algorithms and models to identify trends, patterns, and predictive insights.
- Design dashboards and user interfaces for data visualization and business reporting.
- Validate and test data solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver business-ready data products.
- Support Business Performance and Strategic Analytics initiatives.
- Work closely with IT, architecture, and data platform teams to deploy scalable solutions.
- Provide analytics support to retail, business, and wholesale banking teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of data product development and data mart design.
- Expertise in Python and SQL (experience with R, SAS, or Spark is a plus).
- Experience with machine learning, time series analysis, and optimization techniques.
- Hands-on experience with cloud data technologies (Azure preferred; AWS acceptable).
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
- Strong understanding of banking products (Retail, Business, and Wholesale preferred).
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Cloud certification is an added advantage.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role with end-to-end data product deployment.
- Strong hands-on experience in Python and SQL.
- Experience working with Databricks for data processing and analytics.
- Minimum of 3 years of banking data experience.
- Experience deploying solutions across databases and cloud or server environments.
- Exposure to APIs, web applications, and data integration frameworks.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in multicultural environments.
