Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide technical support for GPS devices and software, troubleshooting issues and offering effective solutions
- Guide customers through installations, updates, and other technical processes
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
Requirements:
- Fluency in Telugu and Malayalam
-Proficiency in Hindi and English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
