Job Summary
We are looking for a Hardware Support Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair laptops, desktop computers, printers, and networking equipment. The candidate will also be responsible for setting up and supporting Wi-Fi and LAN connections, providing technical assistance to customers, and ensuring smooth operation of IT hardware.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair laptops, desktop computers, and related hardware.
Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and software applications.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
Install, configure, and maintain Wi-Fi routers, access points, and LAN connections.
Perform preventive maintenance on computer systems and networking devices.
Replace faulty hardware components such as RAM, SSDs, HDDs, keyboards, displays, batteries, and power supplies.
Configure printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
Respond to customer service requests and resolve technical issues promptly.
Maintain service records and prepare basic technical reports.
Coordinate with vendors for warranty claims and spare parts when required.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective technical support.
Required Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
Freshers with good technical knowledge or candidates with 1–3 years of experience are welcome.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, Windows installation, and networking.
Familiarity with Wi-Fi configuration, LAN setup, and router troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Willingness to travel to customer locations for onsite support, if required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
