About Muniya Foundation
Muniya Foundation is dedicated to empowering women and girls through education, skill development, and livelihood opportunities. Our Skill Centre provides vocational training that equips beneficiaries with practical skills for employment and self-employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct professional beauty and wellness training for women and girls.
- Teach basic to advanced beauty services, including skincare, facials, threading, waxing, manicures, pedicures, hair care, hairstyling, and basic makeup.
- Demonstrate proper hygiene, sanitation, and safe use of beauty tools and equipment.
- Prepare lesson plans, practical sessions, and training schedules.
- Maintain attendance records and evaluate trainees’ progress.
- Guide trainees in customer service, professional ethics, and salon management.
- Encourage entrepreneurship and help trainees understand how to start and manage a home salon or beauty business.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the training area and equipment.
- Assist the Foundation in workshops, awareness programmes, exhibitions, and community outreach activities.
- Submit regular progress reports to the Skill Centre Coordinator.
Eligibility
- Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Culture, Cosmetology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience in the beauty and wellness industry (training experience preferred).
- Good communication and teaching skills.
- Ability to work with women and girls from diverse backgrounds.
- Basic record-keeping and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of bridal makeup, advanced skincare, hair treatments, and salon operations.
- Ability to train beginners as well as advanced learners.
- Familiarity with the latest beauty trends and products.
- Entrepreneurial knowledge to help trainees establish self-employment opportunities.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
